Uncheck the box to add Ruby to your path in the second installation to avoid this. This useful if you'd like a particular Ruby version as the global default.<br /><br />Once the Ruby versions are installed and listed in Uru you can switch between then and Uru will re-write the path in your terminal for you.<br /><br />I don't recall being prompted to uninstall when installing a new Ruby version. Are you sure the files were deleted?
